About the Position: Our client is offering a standout opportunity for a Senior Lawyer with 10 years PAE to step into a leadership role and actively contribute to the development of junior solicitors. Working directly alongside the Managing Partner, you’ll be involved in strategic decision-making, client relationship management, and staff development. You’ll lead by example—both in your legal work and your mentorship—helping guide early-career lawyers as they progress through the profession. This role will suit a lawyer who wants to give back to the industry, share their knowledge, and play a genuine role in shaping a high-performing legal team. You will handle a variety of legal matters including: Complex family law cases including parenting arrangements and property settlements General civil litigation, commercial disputes, and estate matters Residential and commercial conveyancing, leases, and property settlements This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where your contribution will influence the firm’s continued growth and culture.
